Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to freight forwarding and customs documentation.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to resolve shipping inquiries and account-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external customs authorities to ensure timely shipment clearance.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and digital databases for all customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery orders, and shipping reports.
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively update clients on delivery status.
- Support general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Business Studies, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, Malay, or Mandarin.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for commuting to Taman Molek.
