Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring service excellence and proactive communication.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize lifetime value.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address issues, and drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven account management or B2B sales experience, preferably in digital commerce or payments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (for example Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office; data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with solid organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites within Metro Manila as needed.
  • Fluency in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
