Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to pitch creative advertising solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the internal creative and production teams to ensure campaign requirements meet client expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs for management review.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an Account Executive or B2B sales role, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of advertising media landscapes and marketing principles.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- High level of proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
