Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for the Singapore entity.
  • Assist in the preparation of FP&A reports, including variance analysis and budget forecasting.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and internal policies.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and administrative workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for financial audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc finance projects as requested by the regional Finance Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA/CPA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local taxation laws.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with regional stakeholders.
  • Ability to commit to a 12-month contract period and hit the ground running.
