In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accurate revenue recording and maintaining healthy cash flow through diligent receivables management.

As an Accounting Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for unit owners and tenants, playing a vital role in the financial health of our residential portfolio. Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute Statements of Account (SOA) to unit owners and tenants in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the end-to-end collection process, including follow-ups on overdue accounts and reconciliation of payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers for receivables and tenant accounts.
- Coordinate with property managers to resolve billing disputes and inquiries.
- Generate periodic reports on collection status, aging reports, and cash receipts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies regarding collections.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing reports related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relations with tenants and stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience in property management or real estate accounting is highly preferred.
