Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support senior staff in audit preparation and tax documentation processes.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for all financial transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
