Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and various financial accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standard accounting policies.
  • Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and internal financial controls.
  • Handle tax documentation, including PPh and PPN filings, in accordance with local Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate financial data and support project budgeting.
  • Support year-end audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accounting Officer, Finance Staff, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian GAAP and relevant tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced professional team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
