Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of daily financial transactions.
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal control procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
