As a Supervisor in our Kantor Jasa Akuntan (KJA), you will be at the forefront of financial reporting and advisory services. You will oversee operational accounting tasks, mentor junior staff, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations. Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for diverse clients.
- Ensure compliance with all KJA (Kantor Jasa Akuntan) regulations and Indonesian tax laws.
- Review financial statements, ledgers, and tax computations prepared by junior staff.
- Provide strategic financial advice and consultation to our portfolio of clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audit resolution.
- Maintain high data integrity and accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Mentor and develop the skills of the accounting team to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree or professional certification like CA/CPA is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting Firm or KJA environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and Indonesian taxation.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jember, East Java.
