In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records, managing tax obligations, and providing analytical support to ensure efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and demonstrate exceptional proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Handle tax compliance, including the calculation, reporting, and payment of PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal ledgers to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support external audit processes.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and vendor payments.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and tax administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and financial accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
