Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial transaction recording and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle tax compliance, including the calculation, reporting, and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN).
- Execute timely payment processing for vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate payroll administration and ensure accurate disbursement of employee salaries.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and manage company cash flow/mutations.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or tax administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
