Are you passionate about education quality and accreditation? PAASCU is looking for a dedicated Accreditation Services Staff to support the Basic Education Commission in managing survey activities and ensuring rigorous standards across schools, colleges, and universities.
In this role, you will collaborate with commission members and institutional representatives to schedule, organize, and document accreditation visits, compile and analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports that reflect compliance with national and international benchmarks. You will also maintain accurate records, coordinate logistics for site visits, and act as a liaison between the commission and educational institutions, fostering transparent communication and timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Basic Education Commission in planning and executing survey and accreditation activities.
- Coordinate logistics for onāsite visits, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
- Compile, review, and analyze data from institutions to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for commission review and external stakeholders.
- Maintain upātoādate records and databases of accreditation statuses, findings, and followāup actions.
- Act as a liaison between the commission, schools, and other partners to facilitate clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative support, project coordination, or accreditation assistance is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data entry and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and timeāmanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Teamāoriented mindset with a proactive approach to problemāsolving.
