(PAASCU) is seeking an Accreditation Services Staff (Document Controller) to support the Basic Education Commission's survey activities in Quezon City. This role focuses on accurate document management, compliance, and timely coordination to ensure survey readiness and data integrity across accreditation processes.
As a Document Controller, you will be at the heart of our administrative operations, ensuring that all accreditation documents, submissions, and survey materials are organized, version-controlled, and readily accessible to authorized team members and regulators. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, review, and file information, helping to uphold PAASCU's standards of excellence in education.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize accreditation documents, records, and submission packages for Basic Education Commission surveys.
- Serve as the primary document controller: manage filing systems, version control, and secure handling of confidential information.
- Monitor survey timelines, coordinate data collection, and ensure timely completion of required submissions.
- Review and prepare accreditation documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Route documents for approvals, manage archiving, and implement retention schedules.
- Perform data entry and basic data verification to support reporting and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary documents and track submission status.
Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or college student; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in document control, records management, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English; ability to interact with internal teams and regulators.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; trustworthy with confidential information.
- Experience or interest in education accreditation is a plus.
