Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendar for management staff
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organize documents both digitally and physically
- Process and coordinate documentation for healthcare operations as required
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies
- Provide administrative support to team members and coordinate with various departments
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative procedures is advantageous but not required
