Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations, ensuring efficiency and smoothness in daily workflows
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems and document management processes
- Process invoices, expense claims, and basic accounting tasks
- Provide administrative support to all departments and assist with special projects as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner

Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
