Responsibilities
- Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical
- Assist with healthcare operations such as patient scheduling and record management
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is an advantage
