Kuan Press is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin Assistant / Clerk to join our dynamic team in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and parcels.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Handle data entry tasks with high precision and confidentiality.
  • Provide front‑desk support, greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Pre‑U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
