Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide comprehensive support to management, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Draft, proofread, and format professional emails, letters, and reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as required.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visitors with professional courtesy.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Highly proactive with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
