Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the engineering team
- Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for engineering staff
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and project documentation
- Assist with procurement processes, inventory management, and office supplies
- Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation
- Provide general administrative support for engineering projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in engineering or technical sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office equipment, systems, and administrative procedures
