Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate arrival of goods.
- Manage and monitor daily dispatch schedules, ensuring optimal route planning.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers, couriers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Prepare, verify, and organize logistics documentation, including delivery receipts and waybills.
- Liaise with the sales and warehouse teams to align delivery timelines with customer expectations.
- Proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies during the transit process.
- Generate weekly and monthly logistics performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics-focused role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
