Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as needed.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support procurement of office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare and proofread internal documents, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Previous internship or work experience in an office environment is a plus.
