Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Handle general clerical duties including data entry, email correspondence, and internal office communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth execution of administrative tasks.
