Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure office efficiency.
- Process, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Excel and QNE accounting software.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread routine correspondence and business documents.
- Assist team members with scheduling, inventory tracking, and supply management.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients as required.
- Support the finance department with basic documentation and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven working experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with QNE software or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
