Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for invoices, delivery orders, and factory documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and payroll documentation.
  • Coordinate with production staff to track inventory and cement brick output.
  • Monitor attendance records and process monthly performance data for allowance calculations.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering queries and supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting clerk role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
