Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for invoices, delivery orders, and factory documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and payroll documentation.
- Coordinate with production staff to track inventory and cement brick output.
- Monitor attendance records and process monthly performance data for allowance calculations.
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering queries and supply management.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting clerk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is considered an added advantage.
