Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Assist with basic data entry and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets and databases
- Support the accounting team with invoice processing and document verification
- Handle telephone inquiries and provide courteous assistance to visitors and clients
- Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements when required
- Photocopying, printing, and scanning documents as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily administrative operations
Qualifications
- No formal education or prior work experience required — we welcome fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
