Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Coordinate project documentation and filing systems in line with construction industry standards.
  • Oversee petty cash management and facilitate coordination with the accounting department.
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritize urgent matters for executive review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager (construction experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in an urgent, fast-paced environment.
