Bilrey Construction is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin cum Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, providing high-level support to our executive leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
As an Administrative Executive, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate logistics, and bridge communication between departments. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced construction industry environment, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and can maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records to ensure seamless business operations.
- Coordinate project documentation and filing systems in line with construction industry standards.
- Oversee petty cash management and facilitate coordination with the accounting department.
- Handle incoming communications and prioritize urgent matters for executive review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager (construction experience is a plus).
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in an urgent, fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
