We are looking for an experienced Admin E-commerce professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online product catalog, editing high‑quality photos and videos, and ensuring seamless e‑commerce operations.
You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to update product listings, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the overall digital presence of our brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Creating and updating product listings on e‑commerce platforms
- Editing and retouching product photos and videos for online visibility
- Managing inventory data and ensuring accuracy in the system
- Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and orders
- Supporting the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales analytics
- Coordinating with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining compliance with platform policies and guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3‑5 years of experience working in an e‑commerce admin or product management role
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Canva)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or Shopify
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
