Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle correspondence, prepare basic reports and memos, and assist with data entry and database upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Support bilingual communications in English and Mandarin when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven admin or office support experience; 1–2 years preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities; attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
