Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including document imaging, retrieval, and archival under the Evidence Act.
- Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced imaging services and ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the supervisor.
- Support the team in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Provide general administrative assistance to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or document management role.
- Familiarity with Evidence Act imaging processes or legal document handling is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
