Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative functions to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage, organize, and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Handle business correspondence, reports, and documentation in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, including procurement and vendor relationship management.
- Support management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic HR/Finance documentation.
- Ensure that all office operations comply with internal policies and professional standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly administrative reports and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential for stakeholder communication.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required (Trilingual ability).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professional integrity.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
