Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative functions to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Handle business correspondence, reports, and documentation in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
