Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare end-to-end tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets strict client deadlines.
- Maintain and update ISO documentation and quality management system records to ensure 100% compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Prepare, organize, and archive official documents, contracts, and audit-related files.
- Assist in the scheduling and preparation of internal and external audit sessions.
- Monitor office supply inventory and administrative procurement processes.
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings as required by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong understanding of ISO documentation standards and audit processes is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive organizational information professionally.
