Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office administrative operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems, both digital and physical, for company records and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth internal communication and workflow.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
- Manage employee attendance records and assist the HR department with basic administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings, manage office calendars, and assist in organizing company events.
- Monitor and track office expenses to ensure adherence to the department budget.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- For Senior positions: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience; For Junior positions: 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Previous experience in the retail, FMCG, or grocery industry is highly preferred.
