Berkas Jasa (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our dynamic administrative team in Jitra, Kedah. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the smooth running of our office operations. In this role, you will work closely with our senior administration staff to support daily business activities. You will assist in managing documentation, organizing schedules, and handling communication channels. Responsibilities
- Assist the administration department with daily operational tasks and filing.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Prepare meeting rooms, arrange agendas, and take minutes during meetings.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate reordering processes.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative projects or special assignments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English; Malay proficiency is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to office procedures quickly.
- Basic knowledge of filing systems and office equipment.
