As our Admin & Leasing Manager, you will be the key liaison between property owners, tenants, and internal teams. You will develop and implement leasing strategies, manage lease agreements, coordinate property showings, and handle tenant inquiries and concerns. On the administrative side, you will supervise office procedures, manage schedules, maintain records, and support senior management with reporting and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage the full leasing cycle: property marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Coordinate property showings and inspections with prospective tenants and existing clients.
  • Oversee administrative operations including office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant correspondence, contracts, and financial transactions.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, lease expirations, and administrative performance for management review.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in administrative management and property leasing, preferably in the Philippine real estate market.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, tenant rights, and property regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive tenant relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
