Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Ensure all items are properly labelled, organized, and stored according to company standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Handle general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Assist in preparing reports related to logistic performance and administrative expenses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or logistics-related role is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and excellent attendance.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel).
- High level of attention to detail and ability to organize complex data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure or during high-volume periods.
