Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the Business Unit, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team to promote medical equipment products.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns, budgets, and reports using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for clients and partners.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and training sessions related to medical equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and marketing roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
