Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate office records, documents, and databases, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, including preparing necessary materials and managing room bookings.

Qualifications
