As an Admin Officer, you will be the backbone of our administrative and HR functions while also playing a crucial role in warehouse and fleet management. You will ensure that all clerical tasks are handled accurately, HR processes run smoothly, and our operational areas adhere to 5S/2S standards and safety regulations.
Your duties will include: managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee records; processing payroll and attendance; handling correspondence and filing; overseeing warehouse stock levels and orders; scheduling and tracking lorry maintenance; conducting safety inspections and training; and assisting with ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage HR and administrative tasks including payroll, attendance, employee records, and recruitment support.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, documentation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, order processing, and stock control.
- Coordinate lorry maintenance schedules and fleet documentation to ensure vehicle compliance and minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain 5S/2S standards across office and operational areas to enhance organization and efficiency.
- Monitor workplace safety procedures and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in operational process improvements and ad-hoc administrative projects.
- Provide general support to management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels.
- Knowledge of 5S/2S methodology and workplace safety standards is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
