Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily collection, verification, and processing of manual and digital employee timesheets.
  • Ensure all overtime claims and shift allowances are calculated accurately according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure seamless and timely monthly salary disbursements.
  • Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring employee attendance records and leave balances are current.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires by preparing necessary documentation and administrative briefings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document control, and managing office correspondence.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding attendance records and basic HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in managing timesheets and attendance tracking systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and formulas for data checking).
