Job Description

StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking 3 motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officers to join our client's dynamic team in the West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics and procurement teams by ensuring smooth administrative operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate shipments, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation. Our client operates in strategic locations across Singapore, including Pioneer and Taiseng/Ubi areas, providing convenient accessibility for commuters from various parts of the island. This is a full-time permanent position with performance-based incentives.

Key aspects of the role include maintaining proper filing systems, processing documentation efficiently, liaising with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics activities including shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and inventory management
