Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily office administrative tasks and operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate company records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment, managing vendor relationships and procurement.
  • Assist in basic financial administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding of new employees and maintenance of personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
