Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents and records.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding documentation and attendance tracking.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work full-time in Metro Manila.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
