Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations including call handling, mail distribution, and visitor reception.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date filing systems, both electronic and paper‑based.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for management and clients.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and arrange travel logistics as needed.
- Process basic financial tasks such as invoice entry, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently under supervision.
- Interest in renewable energy or sustainability initiatives is advantageous.
