Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative workflows and maintain office correspondence (emails, calls, and walk-ins).
  • Prepare, format, and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure rapid retrieval of sensitive data.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department heads.
  • Monitor office supply levels and handle procurement requests as needed.

Qualifications
