Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments, clients, and vendors via email and phone.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders accurately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist the management team in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure timely responses.
- Ensure compliance with company office policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both Malay and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Must be based in Sibu or willing to commute.
