Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for legal documents and client case files.
  • Coordinate scheduling for attorneys, including meetings, court appearances, and client consultations.
  • Prepare, draft, and proofread legal correspondence, memos, and routine legal documents.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of billing statements and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support legal staff with data entry, research, and documentation retrieval as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a law firm or professional service setting.
  • Strong command of English and Filipino, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
