Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming/outgoing communications
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office Suite
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment inventory management
- Support employee onboarding processes and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize administrative workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma with minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic accounting knowledge or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resident of Papua Selatan or willing to relocate
