Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Prepare and process routine correspondence, reports, and office documents with high attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory to ensure operational readiness.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to office support.
