About the Role
RF Celfo Financial Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mandaluyong City. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting and audit division by providing essential administrative and clerical support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and audit team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, preparation of financial statements, and audit documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Coordinate with clients and external parties regarding document requests and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a clerical role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
