About the Role

RF Celfo Financial Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mandaluyong City. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting and audit division by providing essential administrative and clerical support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and audit team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, preparation of financial statements, and audit documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate with clients and external parties regarding document requests and follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation of expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a clerical role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
