Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute internal and external correspondence and reports.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and team building activities.
- Maintain and update office filing systems and inventory of supplies.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and document formatting.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, directing inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
